However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require a refund. 1. Eligibility for Refund

Service Cancellation:- If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made within this period are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment.

Late Cancellation:- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service date may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service cost. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.

Service Not Provided:- If Singhania Packers and Movers are unable to provide the agreed-upon service due to reasons within our control, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

Partial Service:- If only a part of the service is provided due to unforeseen circumstances or customer request, a partial refund may be considered based on the extent of the services rendered.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Change of Mind:- Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made due to a change of mind by the customer after the service has commenced or goods have been packed.

Delays Due to Force Majeure:- No refunds will be given for delays or service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, road closures, or accidents.

Damage Claims:- Refunds related to damage or loss of goods will be processed separately under our insurance policy and are not covered under this Refund Policy.

Refund Issuance:- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking or an alternative method agreed upon with the customer.
