Welcome to Singhania Packers and Movers! Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment

Booking Confirmation:- A booking is confirmed only after the customer accepts the quotation provided by Singhania Packers and Movers and a token amount or advance payment is made as agreed upon.

Payment Terms:- Full payment must be made upon completion of the moving service. Payments can be made via cash, credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy:- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted amount.

2. Pricing and Charges

Transparent Pricing:- The price quoted for the moving service includes packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking (if requested). Any additional services or special requests may incur extra charges.

Taxes and Additional Charges:- All charges are exclusive of applicable taxes, such as GST, which will be added to the final invoice. Any toll fees, parking charges, or other additional expenses incurred during the move will be the customer's responsibility.

3. Goods Handling and Liability

Packing Materials:- Singhania Packers and Movers use high-quality packing materials to ensure the safety of goods. However, we are not responsible for damages resulting from packing done by the customer.

Valuable Items:- Customers are advised to remove all valuable items (such as cash, jewelry, important documents, etc.) from the goods to be transported. Singhania Packers and Movers shall not be liable for any loss or damage to such items.

Damage or Loss:- In case of any damage or loss caused during transit due to negligence on our part, Singhania Packers and Movers will compensate as per the declared value of goods and subject to the terms of the insurance policy, if opted by the customer.

4. Insurance

Optional Insurance:- Insurance coverage is optional and available at an additional cost. Customers are encouraged to opt for insurance to cover any accidental damage or loss during transit. The company will assist in facilitating the insurance but is not the insurer.

Claim Process:- Any claims related to damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims will be processed as per the terms of the insurance policy.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Accurate Information:- The customer must provide accurate information regarding the volume and type of goods, destination address, and any special handling requirements. Any changes or inaccuracies may result in additional charges.

Accessibility:- The customer must ensure that the pickup and delivery locations are accessible for the moving vehicle. Any delays or additional costs due to restricted access, narrow lanes, or unavailability of parking will be the customer's responsibility.

6. Service Limitations

Force Majeure:- Singhania Packers and Movers shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, strikes, traffic congestion, or governmental restrictions.

Right to Refuse Service:- We reserve the right to refuse service if the goods are hazardous, illegal, or prohibited by law, or if the conditions at the pickup or delivery location pose a risk to our staff or equipment.

7. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law:- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Dispute Settlement:- Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to the services provided by Singhania Packers and Movers shall be settled through amicable negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the place of arbitration being Hyderabad.

8. Amendments

Changes to Terms:- Singhania Packers and Movers reserve the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review these terms regularly.
