What the local band covers
A local shift means pickup and drop inside the same city. The figures below are for one trip with a crew, a vehicle and standard packing material, assuming ground floor or a working lift at both ends.

Hyderabad to another city
On a city-to-city move the band widens, because road distance brings fuel, tolls and driver hours into the price. Enter the approximate distance and the tool adds that on top of the base for your home size.
A worked example: a 2 BHK from Hyderabad to Bangalore, roughly 570 km by road, lands at ₹13,560 to ₹27,780 on the tool. A survey can move that either way, and the quote carries the figure that holds.
Priced separately and listed on the quote
- GST, charged extra as applicable and shown on the tax invoice
- Transit cover, which is optional and priced on the declared value
- Car or bike transport, booked as its own leg
- Storage, when the two dates do not line up
- Stairs or a long carry where no service lift is available
- Unpacking and basic reassembly, if you want the crew to stay for it
Turning a band into a firm quote
The survey costs nothing once the rate is agreed. A supervisor sees the goods over a call, a video walk-through or a visit, notes what needs crating, and puts the price in writing.
Booking takes 30% of the quote as advance, or a token of ₹500 to ₹1,000 to hold a date while the rest is settled. The balance falls due on delivery.
A date change is free up to 24 hours before the slot. A cancellation 24 to 48 hours ahead keeps about 5% of the advance against the crew and vehicle already blocked.
Dates that cost a little more
Weekends, the closing and opening days of a month, and festival dates are the busiest. Expect 10% to 15% above a mid-week slot on those days, because crews and vehicles are already committed.
When storage sits between the two dates, the warehouse rate is quoted per month and runs alongside the shifting cost.
A bike travelling with the household is priced as its own leg rather than folded into the home-size band.
