Force-majeure cancellations

Singhania processes full refunds (no admin fee) for cancellations caused by: medical emergency (doctor's note required), bereavement, natural disaster in origin or destination city, or government-imposed lockdown. Email supporting documents to info@reloadhub.com within 7 days of cancellation.

Partial-service refunds

If Singhania fails to provide a contracted service (e.g., promised but not delivered unpacking), the proportional charge is refunded within 7 working days of the move-completion report.

Damage settlement

Damage claims are settled per the IBA bill-for-claim process. Insured items are settled at declared value; non-insured items receive workshop-grade repair or partial compensation per IBA guidelines. Settlement timeline: 7 working days from claim approval.

Refund processing time

Approved refunds are processed via NEFT to the original payment account within 7 working days of approval. UPI refunds typically reflect within 24-48 hours. For card payments, 3-7 working days depending on the card issuer.
